Soulez Larivière & Associés is predominantly a litigation firm, specialised in business law (including criminal matters), liability law, personal injury, literary and artistic property, as well as environmental issues and public liberties.
The firm’s partners and associates handle cases across a large number of practices areas, including industrial accidents and risks, aviation, industry, health, the press and generally all types of commercial disputes.
The firm was founded in 1969. Since then, it has been involved in cases that are now well known to the public, for example the sinking of the Erika, the explosion at the AZF factory, the aeroplane crash at Mont Sainte-Odile and the Concorde disaster.
As a human scaled, boutique firm, Soulez Larivière & Associés believes that each client is unique, but still handles many cases of varying sizes.
