Construction is one of the firm’s original practice areas. Since 1969, it has handled a large number of cases relating to accidents in the field of construction law, involving both criminal and civil matters.
The firm also handles disputes concerning technical inspections, health and safety coordination (CSPS) and other areas of technical testing.
For example, the firm was involved in the cases arising from the collapse of the vaulted ceiling of Terminal 2E at Roissy Charles-de-Gaulle airport in 2004, and the collapse of the stands at Furiani stadium in 1992. Among the many other cases in which it was involved, the firm also defended a mayor in 1998 in the litigation arising from the fire at the thermal baths in Barbotan, Gers in 1991 and acted as legal adviser to the "Jardins d’Arcadie" complex in an even older case that lasted for ten years. The firm also represented clients in numerous other construction disputes throughout France.
