Or, before this, the proceedings brought by the heirs of Margaret Mitchell against the publisher of "La Bicyclette Bleue", for infringement of the copyright in "Gone With the Wind", in which the French publishers were successful both in France and in the United States.
As regards works of art, the firm also handles ownership claims and the unlawful export of works (relying on the concept of historical collection)). It advises on and resolves disputes for auctioneers, foundations and museums.
The firm also works in the field of press law, and has represented clients in slander and libel litigation, sometimes on behalf of certain newspapers, but more often instructed by the personalities or companies bringing the claim.
