A graduate of Panthéon-Assas University, Diane Floreancig has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2015. She began her career as an associate at Soulez Larivière Avocats, where she gained solid experience in criminal litigation handling complex cases (the AZF case, air crash cases, breaches of integrity, psychological harassment, tax fraud and the financing of terrorism).
After two years in the Corporate Criminal Litigation and Arbitration team at August Debouzy, Diane rejoined the firm in 2022. She now regularly advises companies, executives and public figures in criminal proceedings requiring in-depth legal expertise and rigorous management of reputational risks.
Diane draws on her litigation experience to assist clients at every stage of the proceedings. Her practice is characterised by an approach that combines technical expertise, legal strategy and the ability to handle particularly sensitive cases.
Recently, Diane worked alongside Aurélia Grignon in the Lafarge trial, defending a former executive accused of financing terrorism; she also worked alongside Capucine Lanta de Bérard on the criminal aspect of the Wendel tax fraud case, securing an acquittal for their client.
