Our Organization
Soulez Larivière Avocats is an independent “boutique” law firm that has been led since 2020 by its two partners, Aurélia Grignon and Capucine Lanta de Bérard, who have been working together for 17 years.
With a staff of nine (six attorneys, two paralegals, and one office manager), the firm is structured to enable both in-depth analysis and high availability of the attorneys on the cases entrusted to them.
Our Expertise
Since its inception, the firm has been involved in high-profile cases—some with international implications (Erika, AZF, Concorde, PIP, Wendel, Lafarge, etc.)—that require dealing with unique and complex situations and demand a defense strategy that encompasses legal, political, and media dimensions.
The firm’s experience in crisis management and “extraordinary” cases is invaluable to all of its clients, as each case involves an element of the unprecedented that requires an active defense and the ability to adapt to critical situations.
This defense work is guided by strong values—independence, ethics, and a commitment to serving our clients—as well as a vigilant adherence to professional ethics.
Our Methods
In practice, each case is handled by a team of two lawyers (one partner and one associate). However, this arrangement may be adjusted depending on the complexity and the stakes involved in each case.
In addition to this partnership, our working method is based on joint deliberation and discussions amongst the lawyers on specific and strategic aspects of the cases entrusted to us. These discussions enable us to tailor our strategy as closely as possible to our clients’ interests.
