Capucine Lanta de Bérard and Tom Bruneau defended a former employee of the Paris Police Headquarters who had been arrested on the street for making death threats against several public figures.
The Paris Criminal Court recognised the defendant’s lack of criminal responsibility due to his lack of discernment at the time of the offences, following a hearing lasting more than five hours held on 22 May 2024.
