Some examples:
- Defending an automobile manufacturer and its director charged with accidental injuries caused by an accident in a press shop. Acquittal obtained before the Criminal Court. Defending both parties before the Social Security Court in an action for gross negligence.
- Defending a foundry and its plant manager charged with manslaughter following an occupational accident that occurred while a worker was handling a robot press whose safety mechanism had been disabled. Defending both parties before the Criminal Court and before the Social Security Court in an action for gross negligence.
- Defending a chemical manufacturer and its director accused of homicide and manslaughter in an ongoing investigation following the explosion of a workshop in a chemical plant.
- Defending a subcontracting company and its director in a case relating to an occupational accident that occurred on a construction site (aeronautical industry). Acquitted.
- Representing a company following an aircraft accident that occurred during a business trip. Defending the company against a charge of gross negligence. Case dismissed.
- Defending an automobile supplier charged with manslaughter and accidental injuries linked with exposure to asbestos fibres over a period of more than 40 years. At the same time, acting as the defence in more than 2,500 cases before the Social Security Court for gross misconduct for occupational diseases.
