The law firm Soulez Lariviere Avocats, represented by its partner, Capucine Lanta de Bérard, took part in the working group on environmental criminal law chaired by François Molins.
This report sets out 13 recommendations based on interviews conducted with specialists in these matters (judges, investigators, organisations, etc.). These recommendations aim to improve the fight against environmental offences.
On 7 December 2022, the members of the working group presented the conclusions of their report.
